        I wouldnt buy popcorn off of these clowns. I had purchased a certified preowned Cadillac ATS with 50,000 miles on it and was assured it past their comprehensive inspection. It had so many issues that every person in the service department knew me by first name. Issues included: CUE screen having to be replaced because it didnt work. Exhaust fumes came into the cabin (the car was brought to them twice prior to it being fixed correctly). I brought them the car to have a tire replaced due to a nail or screw and they ended up replacing the wrong tire. The last straw was the rear end slinging gear fluid at 58,000 miles. After they dodged numerous phone calls and in person visits, I spoke with the manager, as I no longer felt safe driving the car. They told me that they held up their end of the deal by fixing the car and that theres nothing more they can do. The loaner car I was provided was a Nissan Maxima that had more lights on the dash than a Christmas tree. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

        I have to say I'm very disappointed in herb.Chambers. We purchased a vehicle from them 3 years ago and it was a good experience.. So we went back to purchase another vehicle today. So we were told yesterday that the car would be cleaned inside filled with gas and the oil was never changed. The oil gauge is at 75% when you change the oil, it goes to 100%... The manager is trying to tell my husband that it went down 25% just by driving it around the lot for 1 day.That's about 1200 miles.Are you kidding me or what. It must be a very huge parking lot. It wasn't clean to my satisfaction inside.... Unfortunately it doesn't seem that the manager seems to care about our complaints.... Only if you buy a new one. It will definitely be our last purchase At herb chamber's cadillac
