Chase Bank

Absolutely horrible customer service. They hold payroll checks for 3 weeks cause they think the grocery store where they eat lunch 3 days a week is a fake business. They claim it doesnt exist but yet they shop there. Holding a payroll check for that long is just ridiculous. The manager wont return phone calls and they refuse to give you any information on your own account as to why they are holding your money for 21 days. I had to call the attorney general to get answers and the money that was owed to me so save yourself the aggravation.

I had a great experience here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to get the documents I needed notarized.
