Chris is so responsive and does excellent work. He's been repairing our lawnmower for years and is very reliable. Even during the busy time. I get a call right back.

Where do I begin? The other day my husband and I took a ride to get his lawn mower carburetor checked and possibly rebuilt. The shop's hours are posted 8AM-5PM so we went there around 11:00AM . The door was locked and they were closed during regular business hours. We sat in the parking lot with our daughter and waited figuring they were possibly on lunch however we heard people talking in the back so we made our way to see if it was them and see when they would reopen. The employees were in the back smoking marijuana and didn't seem in a rush to accept our business. We went back at 2:00PM and the staff was back at work. They claimed they would fix and rebuild it and charged us over a hundred dollars just to look at it. They claimed they would clean out the carburetor and get it running. When we got it back, it was the same and seemed untouched. They then offered to order a new carburetor for a astronomical amount of money. We paid them for their services and went home and ordered the carburetor online brand new for a fraction of the cost. My brother in law installed it and it's running good as new. Definately not a honest business in our opinion and the marijuana usage at work and during business hours really shocked us. We should of immediately went elsewhere but my husband needed it running asap for his landscaping company so we waited. He also claimed that he would takea look at our two stoke Nissan marine engine for our boat that we had issues starting at a later time but after our experience, we would never go back. They charge a lot of money and make you sign a repair contract that is not negotiable even if they didn't touch the carburetor but demanded money on pick up and said "you signed the contract". Bad business and Definately not a honest business. My husband is a landscaper by trade so it is important for his business to find a quality small engine repair shop that meets our business needs.

Simple push mower needed a new cable, a 5 minute repair. Waited 2 months to finally be told the part isn't available. Charged $75. Be very careful. I called many times. They don't answer the phone. Can't leave a message - message box full. Will say it's hard to get parts, but does it take two months to figure that out. Please stay away...
