        I have never had any problems with Jennifer Nappi Allstate. If you have a had problem you are more than likely the cause of the problem. This insurance company doesn't wake up in the morning and say what customer can I get angry today, so they can leave a bad review. They have always called me back, usually with an hour or so. RATES GO UP, it is part of life, it doesn't matter if you don't any violations. How can you not expect that.
