I have been living in the Tourister mills for four months now and I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience it has been! The building, location and my apartment are absolutely stunning and the property management staff is excellent. They are immediately responsive and help with any ask I have big or small. They also helped me to settle into this new community and make me feel right at home. A huge thank you to Adam, Brittany and Tim for always being there to help! I highly recommend the Tourister if you are looking for a great new place to live!

Work in the bldg maintenance asked me to move so they could plow. I moved to the other side and they proceeded to block my car in on all sides with the plow.

Highly recommend! From the first contact with the leasing staff, to move -in, and now living here, my experience has been amazing. Seriously. The leasing agents, Brittany and Timothy are so friendly and helpful. Adam, the property manager is great too. All three are visible at the property, easy to talk to, responsive and truly care about the residents. The maintenance staff is outstanding and fixes things promptly. The lobby and halls are always keep clean. The amenities here are so cool! You can read about them on the website but I would like to point out the ones that I love. The lobby area is so inviting that residents regularly gather by the fireplace to have coffee and chat. When the weather is nice out, we gather by the outdoor fire pit for coffee in the mornings or maybe a cocktail to watch the sunset. The location on the river is so peaceful and rejuvenating. But the other residents are what makes this place such a joy to live here. Obviously the location so close to downtown Warren cannot be beat! There are cafes, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. We have ample parking in our parking lot so we dont have to fight for a parking spot on Main or Water Street. I am so happy to have found an apartment at Tourister Mill because its absolutely perfect. My one bedroom/one bath also has a loft that can function as a bedroom. I believe the studios have a loft too. They dont have vacancies that last very long so if you want to live here, talk to Brittany, Tim or Adam and they will help you out.

Third time doing a review for this complex. I did one on move in, replaced it after a week and now I am replacing it again to be more accurate as the situation has changed. This location, like any, has its good and bad items so lets start with the good things. First off, as with the original two reviews I left, the office staff are exemplary, kind and just all around good people to deal with. The building has an amazing aesthetic, especially if you enjoy history, architecture and engineering with the exposed brick, the old beams and structural metal work and the floors. The loft apartments are really more spacious than you would think. Sure the living room/dining areas are not huge, but the massive ceiling heights and giant windows give a feeling of a larger area. The amenities are better than I have had at any location I have lived and my children adore the game room downstairs which promotes them being active. The fitness center is very cardio focused but that is a standard thing these days, and you can get a decent workout in. The library area is a nice break if you want to get some work done on your laptop or IPad away from your apartment for a bit. The appliances are not top of the line, but they are in good shape, work well and get the job done and when it comes to appliances, that is what counts. To move to the negatives, and why there isnt a fifth star anymore. Its the noise. The building may be very old, but the conversion to loft apartments follows modern apartment trends where sound deadening and the like are not the primary concern so you will hear your neighbors. The noise from the people above really is not as loud as I would have thought, with the wood flooring. But you will hear the majority of their walking. Our noise issue came more from our neighbor with stomping, banging, running etc that really affected the quality of life in our apartment. Also, with the passing of recreational marijuana in RI, there was/is a strong odor that occasionally permeates the hall. These issues caused me to really give the location a low star rating on my previous review. But to the credit of the management team, there has been communication to residents about the marijuana smell issue, and I can attest that in just a day or so, there has been a very large improvement as we have not noticed it in the halls since. The management team also worked to communicate with our neighbors to help alleviate the banging as best they could. It is not perfect, but it is reasonable and tolerable for us. Without going into detail, they also all worked really hard to find options to help us make Tourister Mill our long term home for the next five years. So yeah, pluses and minuses like anywhere. I wont lie, it is a little pricey. But the market in the area is CRAZY these days so it really is comparable to the local market. If you arent requiring dead quiet and if having some really nice amenities is what you are after. Its a good place to be

Hello Laurie, our Management Team kindly visited all Commercial tenants and asked for cars to be moved so we could properly clear the snow from the parking lot. You opted NOT to move your car. Our plow driver did the best he could to remove as much snow as possible from around your car – that was not removed from the parking lot – which did cause some snow build up, but no one purposefully blocked your car with snow. Our Maintenance Team then proceeded to shovel around your car. If your car was moved to the cleared lot as requested this would not have been an issue. We also notified you that you are parking in the wrong parking lot, and your company has a designated parking lot on the property that can be used. Our only alternative was to tow at your own expense. ~Tourister Mill Management Team
