On 3/24/21 I received a letter that from 10/1/20 to 12/31/20 ( unknown if still is happening) there were DANGEROUS levels of trihalomethanes ( TTHM) in the water. This is same chemical that causes cancer& that people with compromised immune systems should be NOT drinking. This cannot be boiled out of your water and stays in your system causing ill effects. Why are we finding out in March 2021 ? What about pregnant women? What about people who got sick from it . You expect us to pay for TOXIC water????? Why is there no outrage? Do people know how adverse the effects are ? Even before it exceeded maximum allowed it has been consistently in our water supply. I am not paying for toxic water and your company has a monopoly. You are solely responsible for people not knowing they are drinking hazardous water.

Water main break on my street occurred 24 hours ago and still nobody has been here . Tried calling their 24/7 emergency phone number and no answer throughout the afternoon yesterday. Finally got through to their answering service this am to be told rudely that my question as to when a crew would be sent here was "a good question ". Seriuosly?! Worst utility ever. Wish we had a choice...

I am thinking of starting a system of aqueducts because the ancient Roman system blows Suez out the water. No pun intended. Called the emergency hotline, and no answer. So lovely...

On boil water advisory for a week, unable to bath children, wash teeth or dishes with Suez water, never mind drinking the water. I didn't learn about the problem from Suez, I didn't see them offering any bottled water or discount on water bill or profusely apologize.
