Shawn Boyd (S&B Roofing) skipped out on our job. He promised told us he would have our in-law studio completed in April 2023. Well, here we are and June and we are looking for a contractor to finish what Shawn didn't. DONT HIRE HIM and DONT PAY HIM otherwise you'll be left with a partially completed job. He also did work in our kitchen the work was below average at best as there are several flaws such an Island with a very poor trim job unfinished hardwood floor and a over the sink light that is totally misaligned. The list goes on. His communication with his subs is very poor and he/they show up basically when they feel like it work for an hour or two than leave. He also damaged my yard as a result of his sub's work and did nothing to resolve the problem. In short, he was nothing but a headache and has served to set us back 6 months. At this point I am considering litigation.
