        My friends and I have been renting a beach house in Matunuck for a week for about 4 years now. I look forward to it every year!! Nancy treats us like family. The property is beautiful and always spotless upon arrival. I would highly recommend renting from Munroe :)

        I gave one star because there isn't a lower option. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They will threaten you with eviction the entire year and at the end of the year, they will keep most or all of your security deposit. Nancy has no idea what belongs to the owner and what belongs to the tenants. She will charge you for things that are broken that belong to you and also for things that were broken on move in day. Completely untrustworthy people who lie all the time. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere.
