Rhode Island Ash Burials

After over 20 years of enjoying fishing charters with Captain Charlie Donilon, my father's final wishes of being buried at sea from the Snappa were realized on August 28th. Captain Charlie gave an amazing personal, heartfelt tribute to my Dad and performed an extremely meaningful, emotional, memorable ceremony. Our entire family highly recommends Charlie for burials at sea.

Had a great experience with Charlie and crew on the Snappa. He was able to pick us up in Block Island and help us fulfill my dads last wishes - being returned to the sea off the SE lighthouse. It was a great boat and great service. Charlie really seemed to care and gave a beautiful ceremony. If you need his services- Id highly recommend him. (And if I wanted a fishing charter Id look him up as well).

Kind, Caring, Compassionate, and Professional are just a few words to describe Captain Charlie with Rhode Island Ash Burial. We had no idea what to expect and were blown away with how special this experience ended up. It is a true calling for him. Highly recommend his service if you are planning a burial at sea. There is room for it to be whatever you want it to be and he is very accommodating. Even on a windy day, making some things hard to hear, it could not have been more perfect of a service for our loved one. Thank you Charlie!! Our family willl be eternally grateful.

My experience with Charlie Donilon was excellent. Caring and compassionate, he made a difficult task enjoyable. At his suggestion we all told a memory of my husband and the mood just lifted and there was laughter instead of tears. I would highly recommend RI Ash Burials to anyone looking to scatter cremains at sea.
