My colleague and I are opening a mens health clinic in January, 2023, the "Center for Mens Health, RI". Earlier in the year we began looking to outsource billing services and to initiate the credentialing process with commercial health insurance companies. I own a Speech-Language Pathology private practice in Louisville, Kentucky. I needed a company that understood insurance, billing, resubmitting claims with insurance companies, understanding all of their rules, HIPAA-compliant record keeping, etc and as an SLP, this was just something I was not interested in taking on myself. Then I found Julie and her team at Grey Ledge Medical Management. They are located on the east coast but they researched our professional association rules and local insurance rules and regs prior to our first meeting. They encouraged us to be sure we made changes to the EMR formatting to accommodate what our practice needed and addressed those changes so quickly. In July 2020, I started a private practice in Kentucky offering outpatient therapy. During the process of opening a private practice one of my biggest priorities was making sure I was able to have a company with a HIPAA complaint system to handle all aspects of electronic health records, billing and reimbursement. Grey Ledge Medical Management has gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, training and continued support that continues to this day.
