My boyfriend and I worked with Andrew Borges throughout our home buying process. We cannot say enough about him and how helpful he was to us as first time home buyers. We had been in contact for close to a year, knowing we wanted to buy before the end of 2023. Andrew repeatedly checked in on us, asking if we needed any help and answering any questions we had. Getting pre-approved was quick and easy working with Andrew and his company. Once we gave him the okay to pull our credit, we were preapproved the next day. We ended up falling in love with one of the first homes we toured and because it was a little over what we had originally got approved for, Andrew was able to write us a new pre approval letter in hours to make an offer, and our offer was accepted! We cannot recommend Andrew Borges enough. He is helpful, informative, responsive, and truly cares about his clients. Thank you Andrew and Shamrock!

My partner and I reached out to these folks for help with getting a home loan, they took our social security numbers and personal info and said they would get back to us but instead ghosted us. We called them multiple times and no answer. Stay clear of these folks, unless you have prefect credit cause if you dont they discard you like trash! The agents name was Harry, he left us hanging instead of telling us what we needed to work on!!!

We had the most seamless experience working with Andrew and the team at Shamrock Home Loans! We were first time home buyers so going into it we were of course nervous/overwhelmed and Andrew couldnt have made it easier on us! He was so communicative, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any and all of our questions! We are so thankful for Andrew and Shamrock for helping us with our first home!
