        You can tell Sue at Cross Insurance really cares about her client. She went above and beyond to help us with homeowners insurance. I made a mistake of canceling our existing home insurance to switch to a better deal, which later was found no longer valid due to the new insurance companys mistake on our policy document. I was really nervous about the whole situation but Sues positive attitude and sweet words helped me feel at ease about it. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you are in need of a new homeowners insurance!
