Terrible service. Rude people. 0/5 experience. Sent the wrong transmission, didn't work, refused to send another. They should be closed for good. Trash company.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. This is my second time making a not very smart decision to get a car with them, hoping my second experience would be better but it was not. When I test drove the car it was making a sound, was assured that the issue was fixed and it was not. I had it for a month and the sound just got worse. Besides the car issue their customer serves is horrible, when I do get an answer on the phone its always a quick call you back and I never get a call back. When I do text them I hardly if ever get a timely response. Danas customer service skills needs to be improved. Very unprofessional. They are just money hungry. I have decided to let them have their car back and they will not even refund me my registration money back even though am do not want the car. I will never deal with them again even if they were the last dealership ever. They will say anything to get themselves off the hook. I agreed they can have the car back. The car with issues is not even worth the stress from the company. They have not addressed their lack of communication and professionalism for a company you state that they are in charge of and they are still thieves and will not refund me my money for registration for a car that I am not registered to. They have taken my $430 dollars and will not provide me my money back.
