Pro Service Appliance Sales & Repairs

Bought a washer from this place with delivery 2 days out.  They said they'd be here by 10 and called at 9 to cancel because it was raining.  They rescheduled for the following day by 10am and again called to cancel due to issues with the driver.  They finally delivered 3 days later.  Very unreliable delivery.  If you're gonna use them you should plan on picking it up yourself.

Excellent product and excellent service! I have checked with other appliance stores in providence, but by far, this is the best! They deliver and service too! Combo deal.

Inexpensive appliances (almost new), and great repair services. I have been using them for years - always helpful & fast to respond for service calls. The owner is a very honest person. If you are properties owner, this is a great place to use.

Pro Service has fantastic appliances at low prices. I am very happy with the refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, all of which I have purchased from Pro Services. They are very professional and their technicians know what they are doing. I have used their repair services and was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency, all at very fair prices. Most importantly, they are honest, something lacking nowadays! Keep up the great appliances and services you provide.

I called Pro Service and spoke to David. He was extremely thoughtful and patient and said he would come out asap; today, Saturday. Others said they were too busy and that was that. Not David. He empathized w. my problem. Then he said what the problem could be, bc. the frig doors were not closing properly.. He asked me if anything looked broken. i opened the door, the frig was up over 57 degrees since the doors didn't close properly. When I opened the doors again and slowly closed them, suddenly, the doors closed properly. Happiness spread rapidly thought me and David too was delighted. This man was kind, helpful and above all a skilled person who knows the ins and outs of most appliances. My frig, Samsong, is only 5 yrs. old. David said he is familiar w. this brand. He will be my go to person the next time I need any appliance repaired and I will be delighted to recommend him to others.
