Wish I could give this agency a zero. Horrible! The receptionist who answers the phone is extremely rude! They dont call you back. Theyre careless! Do not waste your time with this agency !!!!!

They dont care about you. They only care about pleasing the client and making sure that you get maybe 75% of what theyre charging. If the client gets rid of you, be prepared for a nasty phone call blaming you for all the problems that you had while on assignment. I suppose its my fault that the client had email issues, HR issues and issues with their system. Except I wasnt IT or HR. They cared more about the stupid key fob I had to get in than they did about my experience. That ought to tell you something. And they called me unprofessional even after I told them everything that happened. Also, their insurance they offer only covers primary care visits, so dont bother with it if you have any pre-existing conditions, like wearing glasses.
