Set an appointment. Was told to come in and there is 6 People here. Was not acknowledged when I arrived and the receptionist is a sign in sheet. Also this is definitely not in regulation with COVID-19 policy for social distancing. Sat in front of the tax professional while he helped another customer and answering phone calls. Didnt even say can you wait a moment totally acted like I wasnt there for a good 15
Min. Extremely unprofessional and a total lack of organization.
