Never felt so offended leaving a doctors office. After being told I would need to wait 6 weeks for an apt even with severe pain and bleeding that was strike one. Did all pre paper work, replied to day before text and did online check in. Arrived 25 mins early and called from parking lot as instructed. I explained my breathing issues and told the receptionist I can't wear a mask for long periods. She tells me to come in anyway. After 25 mins I had to flee outside hyperventilating. No apology - strike 2. Call another 20 mins later to the confused girl saying "I thought you were here already?" I tell her I'm outside and ask why it's 45 mins after my scheduled time and still not ready? She say to come back in and rooms ready. I politely explain I will wait until the doctor is ready to see me as to avoid more issues. She insists, I'm put in a room and told doctor will be right in. After another 20 mins in room I hear every staff member retreat to the break room close by. Now my anxiety hits the roof as my apt was 85 mins prior and I'm almost blacking out from suffocation. Strike 3 annnnnd I'm gone. This is after enduring a 30 min pot hole infested bumpy car ride to get there and being told my co-pay is $40 for a specialist. Special at what - blatant disregard of their patients time and well being? Will NEVER go back and will absolutely share this awful treatment with EVERYONE I know as a warning to stay away. PS - this awful rating system forces you to give a star for review otherwise it would be no stars.
