If I could rate it mines one star I would. They have the worse customer service. I tried reaching Faith David for the past two months via email and phone regarding the bookkeeping course and never got a response. Today I called and finally got an answer from one of the secretaries, asked regarding the course and she tells me is no longer available. I tried telling her I had tried talking to Faith and never got a response, and before I could finish talking, she hung up the phone on my face. If it's a organization intended to help RI residents, they should have people that are more empathetic. And stop the false advertisement, if they don't offer the bookkeeping course any longer, they should not be advertising it at home. This organization is one where if people were looking for resources, they would not feel comfortable and train your staff better so they don't hang up on people and aren't as rude.

Well they have an online application for LLeap Heat Assistance. That they dont monitor and lose your uploads and account. Why have an entity part of your company that they stated is run by third party that doesn't check peoples application is what I was told after I did mines online in October. Whats the point of having the option for it not to help anyone or help some. As year before had no problem with online application not this year. Oh there is no paperwork here for you. Told me oh we dont monitor that its run by third party
