      image Service above and beyond! My fax would not go through b/c it was 5:01 pm and the receiving office was closed. UPS at 11 S Angel in Providence RI held it for me and sent it the next morning, saving me a trip, then emailed me a personal confirmation, I mean, who does that? Grateful!

      image I shipped two package with this particular branch today. I packed them with bubbles and I am sure that unless they damage packages intentionally it should safely arrive to the destination. Because this is not first time i ship packages from there. Unfortunately lady was very disrespectful and she was refusing to accept package. She insisted me to use box, I told her that I don't care if it even breaks inside I need insurance for lost not for damage. Very disappointed with service and customer service. Will never come back
