Rachael was a fantastic support and help to my husband and I looking for a new home. We were very eager to move even in this dry market. We saw close to 20 places with Rachael in 60 days! That to say we really appreciated how much she hustled for us. She was always willing to change the plan or go see an extra house. It was incredibly helpful how knowledgeable she is with maintenance, renovations, home systems etc. , not just about real estate. It was like seeing the homes with a handy man! New post! In 2020 Rachael helped us buy our first home in RI (see below). We were so happy with her as our realtor that we chose her again in 2023 to help us buy our new home and sell our first home. I was BLOWN away by Rachaels talent for LISTING a house. She was able to give me a clear checklist as to how to prepare my house to make it sell for absolute TOP DOLLAR. She made the process easy as she led us every step of the way. I am still SHOCKED at how much she was able to get for our house. She did this through her ability to help stage the house, take beautiful photos and making a video to really share the beauty of our house for potential buyers. I cant recommend Rachael enough as a realtor, and specifically as a LISTING AGENT! Our family was moving to RI from the West Coast with very little knowledge of RI neighborhoods. Rachael was able to very quickly learn about our family's needs and directed us to the Edgewood neighborhood which has been the PERFECT fit for our family. Rachael made a cross-country move as STRESS-FREE as possible. She coordinated all of the paperwork and worked above and beyond to make sure our move was a successful. By the end of the process, we had our first friend in RI!

Rachael is a great agent that really adds value. Great marketing, very professional, and really on the ball when it comes to all of the small details that actually sell houses. I had three new construction condos on the market for 5 months with another agent with only one sold and little interest in the others. I signed with Rachael and they were both under contract within 9 days of listing. She does a great job negotiating details with other agents and provides sound advice. Rachel Dotson is the most dedicated realtor I have worked with, having purchased 3 prior homes in different states. She knows the inventory well, is very savvy about neighborhoods, and matching available homes to her clients' needs (personal and budget) in a tight market. She found a beautiful Victorian era home for me on the upper bay in Cranston, and has continued to provide helpful advice on tradespeople and renovations long after the sale was complete.
