Awful pharmacy. Rude and disorganized. Last straw tonight. Tried so hard to support this small business but I will not be treated like an imposition while trying to get my medication. You want a root beer float? Great. Try them out. You want your prescriptions? Go to CVS.

The pharmacy continues to go downhill. Most recently they gave me someone elses prescription, and I cant get through by phone to inform them of the error. They try so hard to be nice, and they are clearly overwhelmed. The owners overwork their staff and have extremely high turnover. Staff are often talking about patients by name or other identifiers behind the counter. Its still better than my experiences at the Hope St CVS, but not by much. My auto refill prescriptions are never ready on time, and Im currently on hold for 29 minutes and counting trying to resolve that and to make a plan for what to do about having been given someone elses meds. I really want to support a local business and will give them one more shot, but this is egregious.
