Called this place to get help with a metal shard in my eye. After waiting 20 mins on hold, the secretary on the phone was more worried about insurance information and notes from RI hospital, then getting me an appointment with a doctor. This place sucks. And only cares about the money.

Staff is professional and friendly. I always feel heard and well cared for, by every person I encounter. Including the front desk staff, the knowledgeable and well trained staff and my surgeon. This is equally true for the South County and Providence locations.

Been there twice so far to see Dr. Newman and I'm impressed! Compared to some doctors offices the staff is professional, personable and seem quite happy to be there which is very important to me when making a decision on whether or not to continue seeing a particular doctor! This makes me feel confident that I've found the best place for my eyes. I actually look forward to my next visit.
