        Horrible service. Scheduled an appointment online for emissions testing and they did not cancel my appointment until I showed up the emissions tester was on vacation. They rescheduled me a week later. When I showed up to my rescheduled appointment they canceled again. This time the tester was sick. My phone number and email was left with both appointments, yet I never received a courtesy call or email for cancellation. My emissions test for registration is now overdue. This place was incredibly rude with their communication and inconsiderate of my time. I will not even bother rescheduling a third time.

        I went in with a flat tire and Shawn (Sean?) was extremely helpful and efficient. He got me back on the road in 10 minutes and was very friendly.
