My client has been getting the paper for 40+ years, and for most of the last year shes had to call almost daily to ask why it hasnt been delivered! Weve tried contacting the office in every way possible and they always assure us it wont happen anymoreand then she doesnt get the paper. They do however charge her every day! Whether she gets the paper or not!
