This is the worse medical facility I have ever been too. I am not a patient here but my grandmother is. I bring her to all of her appointments and each and every time we come here I cringe. The front reception staff is very unprofessional. They were speaking I Spanish about certain patients not knowing we speak and understand Spanish. (Also a violation of HIPPA). My grandmother's SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT time was for 10am and she did not get called until 11:20 just to wait inside the exam room for another 25 mins before the NP walked in. When asked how much longer prior to being called in we was given attitude by the Medical assistant in the back and was told she would be next which she was "next" 5 patients ago. I have been working in the medical field myself for the past 14yrs and NEVER had I given or received such poor care. I do understand offices run behind in appointment times and things happen, but the patients can at least be informed of such things i.e I'm sorry Ms. Smith but the doctor is running a bit behind today we apologize for any inconvenience. We weren't informed of anything and was just told to continue to wait. Sad to see that out medical care and treatment is taken without any seriousness and that patients are being treated so poorly. I would not advise anyone to become a patient of this office for obvious reasons.

Really there should be a 0 star for them.  Can't believe I even was a patient here. There are the classic example of unprofessionalism. After my husband and I left the practice two years ago, I get a bill for me and one for him for 2013,2014 for charges I never even heard of. A couple of copays when we were already seeing other doctors, no possibly way we were even there that day. Charged for an office visit that my insurance company should have picked up. All fraudulent. I am reporting them. Save yourself the trouble, find a decent doctor, this place isn't it.

worst clinic. azailia a girl at the front desk is the most disrespectful person I have ever encounter my self with. I asked how come I kept leaving messages for the doctor and no one would get back to me over a refill I need. she kept talking over me and had a horrible attitude. I told her she had a bad attitude and I needed to speak to a supervisor because she was awful. she answered wit we also get rid of patients. unbelievable this is my doctors office and I have to deal with people like this??? when your sick and in need of medicine. I am so offended and if I can complain to someone higher then her I will because no one should ever have to deal with rude customer service like this . she said she has worked in that department for 14 years . how I don't know !!! I like the doctor and the new facility but that worker is going to bring that whole place down. and its too bad . I wish I could change drs at this point
