I'm trying to be as nice as I possibly can, but this place is an absolute joke the staff very nice at times only when the right individuals are working. I've been coming here for year's and wish I've never set foot here. I hate not having a personal connection with my doctor. Literally every time I go I have a new assigned pcp. My last visit left me extremely upset. The doctor/assistant was more concerned with scheduling for another appointment than actually helping me. I'm really not someone who leaves bad reviews but I've been patient enough to see if things would change only to be more unsatisfied...avoid this place..

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! Extremely unprofessional and violators of HIPAA; I began coming over this summer and on my first visit, the P.A. Came out to the front desk following my meeting with her and in front of many patients, began yelling in the faces of the receptionists. From this point on, I had a crazy amount of difficulty getting ahold of anyone. Each time I'd call, they would put me through to a voicemail ( which was never the correct person that I needed to speak to). Took me almost 2 weeks just to get my lab order due to the constant voicemails that were forced upon me. Not only that, during the time I had been waiting for someone to finally help me, I received a call from a woman explaining that this office had sent her a copy of all of my personal and medical information including my diagnoses, DOB, address, phone number, insurance information and more. I have been trying to contact them since this phone call and still have not been able to speak to anyone about it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Especially if you have an urgent condition, odds are you will never hear from them again.
