Jan 22 2024 appointment for a procedure. Got there and woman at window says I'm here for a different procedure. I said no I'm here for this. Got a nurse and they talked about it. Both of them confused. Went in the prep area where a team of women 1 or 2 nurses still confused finally made up an excuse not to do the procedure I was originally supposed to do. I judge that the other procedure was going to cost more money and they said "nah". I called the Dr that scheduled it and told the office we can reschedule but definately not there. My recommendation. "Don't go here. I wouldn't even give them a "1 star" BUnch of confused people work there. MY Name is John Arakelian .

I am so impressed by this officeeveryone I have dealt with has been courteous, efficient and kind. Dr. Roussels thoroughness and thoughtfulness when dealing with my medical concern is so reassuring. I was nervous going in but left feeling happy and supported5 stars is not enough.

My name is Andrea Carey and I am a patient of Dr. Akerman and P.A. Mary Fortuna Silva. I wanted to write a review to say how WONDERFUL Cindy, at the front desk, and Tonya , who works with Dr. Akerman and Mary Fortuna Silva, have been to me!!! I have GAVE disease, which is rare, and have other physical issues and both Tonya and Cindy have been SO helpful, kind, and demonstrated senses of humor (which I really enjoy!!!!) while always maintaining their professionalism! Even if I havent been there in a year, Cindy still remembers conversations we had the year before and goes out of her way to assist me in every way! Its so easy to be with Tonya when she has to take down information, and her quick wit always puts me at ease. I met Mary Fortuna Silva today for the first time and she was warm and friendly and knowledgeable, and you could see it came from her heart! Dr. Akerman is EXTREMELY lucky to have work with a staff like this, and I am blessed every time I see them!!!! A SHOUT OUT to these fabulous women who keep everything running behind the scenes while being so kind and lovely to patients like me!!!! Best and Peace Always, Andrea Carey
