Chad did a great job! He was on time and performed the work ask agreed. We had a very heavy build up of algae and lichen on the roof. I asked Chad to come back and have a look at a few tough spots. He did so in quick fashion no questions asked. The roof is 25+ years old and looks brand new! Highly recommend Joe R.

Chad of Wicked Clean Homes helped me with softwash to keep my roof clear of any organic growth. I'm very impressed with Chad's work ethic and his technological capability. He used a drone and personal inspection to identify areas that might need treatment, and then he took care of everything. Punctual, courteous, friendly and flexible. A real go-getter. I had a soft wash done on my roof, along with a treatment for moss that was present due to shade. The work began on time and I was kept advised of the process and the steps taken. He even cleaned the gutters and left the area clean and neat. I will have him back next year for a re-check. Very pleased!
