        I wanted to share an unfortunate experience I had at this Family Dollar store. As a part of the neighborhood, I value the sense of community. During my recent visit, when I couldnt return a basket to its original location, I explained my situation to the associate on duty. However, I received an insensitive response, which included a request not to return to the store. Customer service is very important to me, and I hope that this situation gets addressed.
