Went to open two savings account and was turned away, was told that my valid ID wasn't enough to open an account. Even though my ID was out of state it was enough to open it at another bank. It seems that they just like relaxing and not really doing work at that bank . Even bought a valid pay stub with my address on it. I will be reporting this to the corporate office.

You'd think that credit unions are more ethical than banks. Not! The salesman at this location told me there were no overdraft fees. So I signed on the dotted line and opened the account. Immediately was hit with overdraft fees. Called the customer service manager and after much frustration we converted the account to a no fee account. Within a month or so I was hit with More fees. I am in the process of shutting this account down and it has already been sent to collections. Next bank please! If you advertise and promise no fees, you shouldn't charge for fees. The whole point of a credit union is so that it is not predatory. That is not the case here. And on top of that they're not even top of the line like other banks like Charles Schwab
