What a stupid center I call because my son spent the whole night with a fever and they tell me that the nurse will call me and when she calls me she tells me that it is too late to make an appointment that everything is already full when I started calling early to Don't let me get away with that And to top it all off, the very stupid woman tells me to take him to the hospital because they won't treat him there. What kind of help does that give?

I've been trying to get appointment with these ppl for a month, the refuse to see. I legit have been issues breathing n I tested negative for covid but refused to check me for anything else, and sent me home. This place never wants to give appointments to me since day one

I spend too much time waiting for the phone to be answered. I've been trying to get an appointment for my son's physical for weeks.

I really dont like this new law that they have to make same day appointments like why will they do that I really dont see the point of it and then try to squeeze everyone on the same day, is really mess up !

They lack professionalism and care for patients who need help in extreme situations. They need to be taught some directions in helping patients with extreme situations. Stop the lies and help patients when they ask for help and stop the excuses
