worst hospital in rhode island . checked in with my son after him having a seizure and 7 hours later still on the waiting room . Also the receptionist at the front has to be the rudest person ever . We are worried parents we dont appreciate a nasty attitude

As a new mom years ago, I was always comforted by the staff at Hasbro. I would bring my son in with a fever or cough and they would always make sure I knew that he was okay and I was experiencing the effects of being a new mom. They never made me feel less or like I was too much for asking so many questions. I am forever thankful for the people who made it much less stressful to raise my (not so little) baby boy.

I brought my 4 year old in because of vomiting. We arrived at 4pm. It is now 10pm and the only tests that they ran was a urinalysis, covid, flu, and rsv which all came back negative. Why it took 6 hours for test results to come back and for the doctor to see us only 2-3 times I have no idea. The onlygood thing about the visit were the RNs being super sweet to me and my child as well as offering us snacks since we've been here hours. The only other issue I have is that I was told by the doctor that I was all set but they had to wait for the nurse to give me my discharge paperwork and note for my child's school. It is now 10:06pm and we're still waiting on paperwork. How long does this normally take? Why are wait times in the waiting room and the exam rooms so long? Is Hasbro not properly staffed?
