This review is based on one of my LAST 2 experiences at this business and the employees as a family business Im Glad theyre closed, the owner/technician was (to say the least) extremely rude when I was younger and I was always extremely pleasant, One time he had someone fix my laptop screen which at the time I had no job. I came back after. Few months when I had the cash and picked up my laptop. It had foreign scratches on the exterior and when I politely questioned him about it he started yelling at me like bro all I was saying is that those were not there when I dropped it off and he was saying about how Im lucky he didnt sell it because of the 30day policy I guess that was his excuse for it having scratches.. there was another incident with a phone but that was the most recent occurrence like there was no reason for you to be running a business if you're going to be talking to youre consumers like dogs. I wouldnt be supervised if he came back to reply to this trying to validate his behavior to be honest. Well anyways, his daughters are super polite atleast and will greet them with kindness and support any of their ventures when I see them.

I called they answered then hung up on me I called back assuming it disconnected and they ignored my calls
