        No staff present all video call only. Wait time says 5mins realistically it's at least 20 mins. Customer service is actually worse than their app or call centers which is surprising. Do not recommend using this at all. In fact it you've been thinking about switching banks, this is a sign. Do it.

        very professional atmosphere! the employees were very welcoming and ready to assist with all of my needs. love the new modern-day technology and the fact that when Im running late to the bank that there are video associates I can speak with.
