Excellent service, treatment and efficiency, always providing its clients with its best customer services from the moment we arrive at the office until we leave, very attentive. I 100% recommend the Mills & Born law office, Attorneys at Law, I had a process with him and just today I was surprised thanks first to God and my lawyer who made the process for me the best%. I have a case in the Providence office, if I could give 0 stars I would.
The reason for the poor review is Mihaela Glennon; it's the first time I encountered such a rude person while providing a paid service. She managed to make me step out of her office, and request another paralegal in less than 3 minutes. I wasted my day and this wouldn't have been necessary if they hired a professional with acceptable customer service skills in the first place. I strongly recommend to anyone to request someone else they happen to go to this office and she gets their case.
I have a case in Providence, if I could give 0 stars I would. Paralegal Mihaela Glennon is a poorly educated person who lacks charisma and empathy. In less than three minutes I decided to leave his office and ask someone else to take my case. She is not doing you any favors, she is being paid a service. It made me waste my day, this wouldn't be necessary if they hired a professional with acceptable customer service in the first place. I give 0 stars to whoever hired her too. If you go to this office and she takes your case, I recommend asking for a change to save yourself a bad experience.
