This was our second time working with Katy and her team and we highly recommend them for your home buying or selling. Weve done both and its been a seamless experience. I need more stars. To say that Katy is an experienced professional is an understatement. My husband and I called Katy from CO in early February and told her we wanted to sell our home in RI. After a few chats to establish how serious were were she told use the house could be listed in 2 weeks. It was. She told us that in one week from listing she would have 5-7 offers, perhaps over asking depending on what we listed it for and some offers would forego inspection. All of that came to fruition and all while we skied our way through CO. On top of that, Katy is wonderful to work with. She communicates very well, Empathizes with you, laughs with you and is completely honest with you. She loves what she does and that comes shining through. We will miss her now that our house has sold and we are leaving for CO. If you want to take one of the most stressful things you will ever do in your life, sell a house and move, bring Katy onboard.
