WANTED TO TAKE TIME OUT OF MY SABBATH SUNDAY, NOT ONLY TO GIVE MY 5-STAR REVIEW, BUT TO ACKNOWLEDGE, GREAT WORKMANSHIP, OUTSTANDING OFFICE PERSONAL (DANIELSON?)-A GREAT POSITIVE ATTITUDE, WHO DESERVES EVERYTHING GOOD, THAT LIFE HAS TO OFFER HIM @ HIS FAMILY. -ADRIAN A YOUNGER FORKLIFT OPERATOR WHO UNDERSTANDS WORKING IN A SAFE & EFFICIENT MANNER, WHO SOUNDED/SHOWED (IN MY OPINION) SOMEONE VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE POSITION AND ENVIRONMENT HE GETS TO WORK IN. 5 STAR ATMOSPHERE THIS REVIEW IS 100!!! Most useless company I've ever had the misfortune working with. Never deliver on time, some drivers have bad / offensive attitudes and never have the right equipment. FedEx is too cheap to send a 2nd person to unload even with their so called "white glove" service. Time and again they have cost my company money and every time it's a hassle. Today was the last straw, we will NEVER work with this worthless bunch of unprofessional and incompetent people again. I would suggest driving to wherever you ordered your goods from and getting it yourself- it will be cheaper and less hassle. Picking up from hub yourself is another pain with their stupid pick up times, non existent customer service. Find another carrier!
