I dont recommend nexxus after getting a eviction letter due to the landlord having to many citations and having to do repairs in the apartment giving less than 7 weeks to get out of apartment they just send a eviction letter saying sorry they can atleast relocate me and my 2 children but they cant even do that just gonna put us out in the streets

I am a new tenant renting from Nexus Property management. I would highly recommend renting from them. David and Tom from maintenance deserve recognition they both have went above and beyond for maintenance calls. They are both very efficient, knowledgeable and respond quickly to resolve any concerns.
