This is one of the kindest and most honest and helpful contractors I have ever met! I ran into Juan in the Lowe’s parking lot at 6:45am last Saturday morning. I had an urgent need to replace an outlet before my brand new refrigerator was being delivered within the hour. He took the time to help explain the required voltage for the outlet to make sure I installed the correct one... despite the fact he was headed to an already scheduled job; and then further assisted me via phone without charging me a nickel.
I will most certainly be using J.O. Electric again. I hope to purchase new lighting in the very near future and once I do he’ll be the first call I make!
