I set up my daughter at this daycare, after speaking with the coordinator and expressing how my daughter was having a hard time wanting to go and stay at daycare. She informed me they know how to deal with these situations and they wouldn't call just because she was crying not to stay. First day was ok, second day i was called an hour after, kept her home the next day, the third day after dropping her off they called a few mins after to pick her up she didn't want to stay. I'm a medical worker and pay out of pocket for daycare, I cannot afford to pay 250.00 and have to come pick her up everyday. After the third time i didn't bring her back & lost out on my 250.00! Terrible to state they deal with kids that don't want to go and have a hard time, yet call me every time to come pick her up. On top of that keep my money! Thanks for nothing.

My daughter attended the Concord St. location for 3 years. We loved it at first even though there was a lot of turnover with teachers ( no notification most of the time). We had one issue where she stuck a crayon that she found on the playground in her ear ( where was the supervision and why were there crayons outside) There was never notice of communicable diseases other than a white board near the door. The classroom of the infected child never notified parents. Towards the end of my daughter being there teachers were constantly in the office talking with each other and complaining about other staff members. When she got moved to Preschool 3 she started with behavior problems and was put on a behavior plan. She ended up getting kicked out because she was acting out. She told me after the fact that 2 other students were picking on her and that they were not getting in trouble but because my daughter got sick of it and decided to stand up for herself she was kicked out. The director was emailed as soon as I found out this information and it was basically shrugged off since my child was no longer there. She is now in a new daycare and she has had NO issues. A co-workers grandchildren go to another location and they have had nothing but problems lately. RSV went through that location and another parent who happens to be an employee told the parent about the outbreak. The parents were not notified otherwise. This daycare is severely lacking in their care. All locations need serious training. Most of the teachers don't seem to give a hoot about what is going on in their rooms and the kids seem to do what they want. How this place keeps getting accredited is beyond me. I would never send another child here and would NOT recommend any location.

We are new parents and recently enrolled our 5month old. Nervous to let her go to strangers, common for new parents. Honestly, they made us feel comfortable immediately. Our daughter transitioned quickly, and within a week she’s smiling when I drop her off and smiling when I pick her up. I honestly have no complaints, I think this place is fantastic.
