Staff go out of their way every time Ive been there they make you feel like you are the only customer that has an issue. Whether its raining,snowing they are right out there with their pad and pen handling all of your concerns. Theyve made me feel at ease. Their work is second to none would recommend them to everyone I would never go anywhere else.

Would give 6 stars if I could, I would highly recommend this place. I had to repair my work vehicle on short notice and they were extremely accommodating and also gave a more than fair price for my repair. The manager I dealt with was both friendly and informative as well. As a business owner myself I can appreciate high quality service.

I messed up my front bumper and called John to see if he could fix it He told me to come in and he'd take a look. I came in and he told me he could glue it back for me right there. Got my car back within 15 minutes, even though he told me over the phone that he was backed up. He didn't even charge me for it. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone. All the staff I encountered were super nice and John himself was great. 5 stars!!!

382 is wonderful to work with. They handle everything from start to finish when dealing with the insurance company and they will give you a quality rental car. The repairs are flawless and your car will look brand new!!! An added bonus the staff is super friendly! I recommend them to everyone!

I definitely recommend this place. Owner is a great guy and very understanding. I would give it a seven star if I could.
