I was visiting family in RI and went to the A Maureen McCarthy salon for an appointment with Mo. Mo made suggestions for my hair type that I thought were amazing since this was my first visit there. They were right on target. I had something specific in mind and she told me how to achieve it. NEVER has anyone given me such detailed instruction and I now have confidence when styling my hair. The product recommended and purchased is perfect for my hair type. Overall one of the best haircuts and salon experiences Ive had. Mo is without question the BEST stylist Ive ever been to hands down. I had the pleasure of getting a blow out with Meghan. She was so sweet and accommodating. Not to mention, the blow out lasted for a few days which was well worth the reasonable price I paid to get it. The location is super convenient for me and is gorgeous inside. I can't believe this used to be a place that sells bowling balls!While waiting for my service, Maureen, the owner stopped by to introduce herself and asked where I'd heard about her salon. She was warm, welcoming, and you could tell she was very passionate about her business. Thanks for the great experience, Meghan! I will definitely return!
