High Tech Reglazing

Looked great. Then the bathtub paint chipped almost immediately. He fixed it. Then again. And again. Now he doesnt respond and most of the bathtubs paint has peeled off.

I dont usually leave reviews, especially if its a poor one but I have had the worst experience with this company. After waiting a month for my appointment day/time I got a call the day prior telling me they had to cancel and reschedule. Sometimes things come up, I understood and it didnt bother me too much. The appointment was rescheduled for a few days later and again they cancelled. I have since called the company multiple times, leaving voicemails, and have sent many MANY texts over the last few weeks all to no avail. I was really looking forward to having a fresh new glaze in my bathtub. Unfortunately it wont be with this company because they couldnt be professional enough to return any of my messages.

The communication at first was good, and he provided a quotes via emails. The quotes were reasonable. We agreed on the prices and color choice for the refinishing the countertops. However, when asked multiple times to schedule us for an appointment, he became non-responsive. I understand that everyone is busy (including myself), but if they cant do the work just say it upfront rather keeping a customer waiting for a reply. We can all move forward.

Impossible to schedule. Unresponsive or else he emails with less than 30 minutes notice asking to meet, uh no, I can't just drop everything immediately during the workweek with almost no notice.

Oscar was awesome! He was extremely professional and helpful in the process of having our bathroom tile reglazed. He promptly answered our questions via phone call/text.
