Sue is extremely professional and knowledgeable in answering any questions you may have about your vehicle. The mechanics are very hard working and knowledgeable as well. They will tell you what the problem is straight up and won't try to scam you into paying more money! I highly recommend going here for all of your car needs!

I really wanted to like this place. I was looking for a local shop with Volvo expertise to do smaller jobs, and if my experience was positive, I could transition to a regular customer. Instead, a trim piece that I had pointed out ahead of time needed extra diligence to avoid damaging wound up scuffed. Rather than being apologetic, one of the technicians was aggressive and went so far as to tell me that scuffing my interior is part of wear and tear that could be expected with regular service and I needed to get over it. Unfortunately I can't recommend doing business with a shop that thinks it's OK to return a customer's vehicle in worse condition than when you left it with them, even if it is cosmetic.
