I have since moved out. In my original unit, the noise from my neighbors above me was so bad I was hardly sleeping. I reported this to management and called security and the police on multiple occasions where nothing was done. I was finally moved to a different unit where the noise was much better. However, the construction of this place is truly awful. Walls are super thin, floorboards are bent upwards, paint spilled on floor, countertop separating from the wall, etc. They have no furniture on the rooftop patio. I would not recommend this place by any means.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! They are never in the office- when they are door remains closed and once you manage to speak to someone, prepare to be instantly confronted with attitude that can not be reckoned with. Not worth the cost considering also that the amenities provided are always broken! Garbage shoots are to be on every floor, yet only 1 floor is ever operable. Mice and pest problem. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Save yourself the hassle and headache.

I can't rate the apartment because I am not a tenant. I am a potential tenant who drove 3 hours to meet a leasing agent who never showed up for my scheduled and confirmed appointment. I called three different numbers, left voicemail and waited 30 minutes in the lobby. It has been two business days and not one person has returned my calls to acknowledge this or even apologize.

**3 Month Update** I moved in during October 2023 and it was a really great move in experience. Angela gave my parents and I a tour of the building and we saw two different units, along with other parts of the building. The application process was really smooth and Angela was responsive. On the day of move in, when we entered the unit it had not been cleaned when it was supposed to and Angela was right on it. That day the cleaner was there and my place was spotless and I was so happy to start unpacking. Safety: I feel very safe living in this build and its location. To get in the building there are two sets of doors you have to pass through using a key fob, and there is also security on site at night which makes my friends feel comfortable when they are walking out at night or arriving when it is dark out. Construction: I have seen previous reviews talking about the noise because of thin walls, as well as debris falling from the ceiling. I have not had an extremely bad experience with these issues. It is pretty quiet on all sides of me, and I can sometimes hear music playing lightly through the walls, but it has never been an issue that I have had to raise to the leasing office or worse. Community: Many of the people I have encountered have been extremely nice, with majority being young working professionals. It is a diverse community which is something I was looking for! I know it is not luxury living but I do wish there was at least a quarterly event or something to make the building seem more lively. In other reviews I have seen individuals talking about the smell of weed and multiple notifications going out about the issue. Since moving in, I think I have gotten about 4 of these notices, so I can definitely agree with the amount of communication, but have never had the problem with the smell of weed in the hallways or in my unit. I also understand how we live across the street from the dispensary so there are times when I smell weed outside because of individuals walking by, but I expected that when moving in because of the dispensary across the street. We did recently get notified to bring in all door decorations and welcome mats because of a complaint from a tenant about a specific doormat. I know it seems little but by doing this the building basically lost personality over night because you saw wreaths and signs, as well as funny and quirky doormats taken inside, so it now feels like a lifeless prison when you're walking in, but luckily I have color in my unit to offset the cold aesthetic of the public spaces. Pricing: I do think the pricing is semi-fair given the market. For my studio I pay around $1,700, and units fluctuate in prices, sometimes starting as low as $1,360. Parking is free, which you won't find downtown. My electric bill is often around $100 which is much cheaper than I have paid living in other loft style apartments. There is no laundry in unit, but I do not spend that much doing laundry that I am feeling a huge impact. Ares of Opportunity: I think the biggest area of opportunity is building community. I think by doing this there would also be a decrease in complaints because people can interact with one another and start to build relationships. Especially when we're connected to Hope Artiste Village, I just imagine that there could be more going on. I'd also recommend sprucing the hallways and entrance up a little bit, whether that is art (by local artists), plants (from local plant stores - like Jordan's Jungle), or even music in the entrance so it is now so cold. I might reach out and inquire about starting a book club and maybe that'll be a catalyst. Overall, as of this moment i would recommend living here. I will provide another update around six months!

I've been living in this apartment building for about two years now, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it due to several ongoing issues and terrible building management. One of the most frustrating aspects of living here is the lack of prompt maintenance. My blinds have been broken for whats going on four months with no resolution in sight. This is not only inconvenient but also affects my privacy and comfort. It's disappointing that such a basic issue remains unaddressed. The rooftop used to be a great amenity, but for months, it has been without furniture. Actually, one chair with no cushion. This renders the space unusable and takes away from the overall value of the building. I was initially drawn to this feature, but its current condition is a letdown. The building manager is hardly ever on the premises, making it nearly impossible to resolve any issues promptly. When I do manage to reach out, the interactions have been less than pleasant. A rude and unresponsive manager only adds to the frustration of dealing with these ongoing problems. It's a shame because the potential is there, but the execution falls far short. I hope this review serves as a constructive critique for the management to improve the living experience for all residents.
