John the owner came out to give me an estimate as soon as I called. His price was very reasonable for the work I had him quote. His team arrived the next morning and promptly started my work. They were friendly and knowledgable. I had 2 trees taken almost all the way down and several more trimmed back. They left my yard neat and clean, removing all of the tree branches and trunks. Monster tree service did fantastic work with a large job at our home. It took multiple days due to the scope and they were on time, professional, worked efficiently, and cleaned up the job site each night. They even accommodated my special requests without trouble. Monster Tree Service doesn't appear to have any self regulations about taking down healthy trees or replanting. Came back and noticed all the trees were gone and the Monster Tree Service finishing the rest. No warning to residents and no offers to replant. Only stumps are left.

John at Monster Tree Service provided the best customer service Ive had in years. It was a pleasure to work with him and his team. They were extremely accommodating and were successful in removing a multi-ton hundred+ year old tree from our yard. Could not recommend more.
