        3/28/24 Ordered pickup at 7:30 pm. Said it would be ready for 8. Arrive a little after 8. Not ready said it will be ready in 5-10 mins. Didnt get my food until after 9pm. RIDICULOUS!!!

        Waiting for a hour now for food.unacceptable. Its now been almost a week since I contacted BBW with absolutely zero response. I ended up waiting a hour & a half for my wings and my friends waited a hour. Do yourself the favor and walk over to Texas Roadhouse instead.
