Booked the guys, and they showed up on time and did a nice job on the new furnace chimney. I would recommend them and use them again.

I had an emerceny situation where my heat was venting directly into the house, causing carbon monoxide. Called Certified, even though this is the busiest time of year, they knew this was dangerous and had Bryan come by just 4 hours after I called. Bryan was professional and he was able to find the birds nest that was causing the blockage. Bryan and his assistant had the nest out, pipes cleaned and the heat running in an hour. They only charged regular pricing, which was more than fair, they did not charge an emergency fee. I will call them for all my future needs and I will recommend them to all my family, friends and neighbors. They really took care of me. No BS, I am impressend and thankful.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! I had an appointment today for a chimney cleaning that was scheduled a month ago. I had my daughter come over and stay here when they were to come. They gave me a window of 2pm-5pm. Frank supposedly left a message on my phone that it was cancelled and to call the number given. He stated that he texted me and called me at 2:30pm. Again, my window was 2-5pm. When I called I got a very unpleasant gentleman by the name of Frank . He said that he could not give me another appointment until 11/23 and today is 11/9?? I am a paying customer just like everyone else and I should have been given a date ASAP since they are the ones that cancelled on me. Frank was very unprofessional and getting aggravated when I asked him for an earlier date. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy! Terrible custom service! Reading prior reviews, it seems like a pattern that this company just cancels out of the blue and doesnt want to reschedule you right away? Steer clear of this company! Thumbs down!
