Michaela is not prepared to advise prospective sellers or buyers. Based on a few interactions, her experience is shallow and ill advised us on a few key areas. Additionally, I would be wary of letting her have direct interactions with clients since some interactions can come off overly aggressive. Edit: Not sure what Michaela is referencing on her response but further highlights her inability to work on a client-facing role like real estate sales.

I was referred to Michaela Joly through a friend who absolutely raved about her personal experience with Michaela. My friend did not do her justice! I went into the market a year ago and Michaela supported me the entire way. Not only is she very knowledgeable about RI in general but also the personal aspects of buying a home and all the stressors that come with it. Michaela obviously had my best interest in heart the whole way through. She was very upfront and specific about the pros and cons of each property and thoroughly explained what to expect with each if it was purchased. She didn't sugar coat anything and I truly appreciated her honesty and promptness on any and all questions that came up. Michaela helped me find my forever home and I will forever be grateful for all her efforts, she went above and beyond for me. Not only as a Realtor but as a friend. I can not recommend her services enough!

We went to an open house hosted by Michaela over the weekend and were very impressed by her knowledge of the current housing climate as well as her professionalism and courtesy while navigating through these tough times and a difficult housing market.

We've known Michaela for a long time. She's a great person and a hard worker. We are using her for a residential sale and she has been great, super helpful, diligent and always available/quick to respond.
