I have recently had my 2015 Taurus repaired at this shop. The manager, Melissa, carried herself with the utmost professionalism, making sure the car was inspected from head to toe, inside and out, leaving no stone left unturned. Her staff was also top-notch; Molly, being my poc was knowledgeable and attentive. I never had to call and ask the status of my repairs, as they were diligent in keeping me posted with daily updates and had my car back to me in a week. My car looks FKN AMAZING.

Refused to even look at my car because I have state farm insurance. They told me no shop in Rhode island would take my insurance, which is crazy because they fixed my other car like 6 years ago with the same insurance, and the next shop I called said they would take my insurance just fine.

Fantastic work! We were sideswiped while parked overnight. A hit and run! Quonset worked with our insurance provider and the car looks brand new!
